All information regarding the warranty and complaints.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in excellent condition. Nevertheless, sometimes it happens that an order breaks down in transit or that something else happens so that you can claim a warranty. According to European legislation, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery of the goods. If you discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable period of time is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be accepted. If you contact us in time, we will provide a free repair or replacement.

Complaints

It can always happen that something is not going exactly as planned. We advise you to notify us of the complaints first by sending us an e-mail. Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU have also been able to submit complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found in http://ec.europa.eu/odr. We encourage you to contact us first with your complaint so that we can help you resolve it.
